Lover's Diary
Lover's Diary is a collection of 83 love sonnets by Sir Gilbert Parker, written early in his literary career. The poems reflect a besotted perspective on love and are accompanied by an apologetic introduction from the author. Parker, who later became known for his political activism and storytelling, set many of his works in Quebec, Canada. This collection showcases his early poetic voice and emotional depth.
