Lex is a digital reading platform that allows users to read eBooks, organize their personal libraries, track reading progress, and discover new books. The Service includes features such as:

- Upload and management of personal eBook files

3. User Accounts

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXBOOKS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. LexBooks, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with principal operations in California.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
