Schnock

A stranger boards a coach in an unnamed German town. His name is Schnock, and he is unremarkable in every way that matters to the world: middling in appearance, unremarkable in dress, forgettable in conversation. Yet something about the man unsettles his traveling companions, and as the journey progresses, the other passengers find themselves increasingly drawn to him, repelled by him, unable to look away.
