A 20-page booklet in which Stewart petitions to receive prize money for HMS Levant. He is only awarded $25,000. The booklet includes an account of the battle between USS Constitution and HMS Levant, and letters from Stewart, Crowninshield, Hixon, Humphries, and Stevenson recounting the battle, aftermath, and stages of the petition.
