Partial journal of a whaling voyage to the Atlantic, Pacific, and Arctic Oceans. Includes descriptions of whales seen or taken. Also contains inventories of whalebone. Two "Kanakas" who shipped during the voyage decided they wanted to return home instead of sailing to the United States. While in the Sandwich Islands the ship took on bone from other vessels.
