Collections of the Maine Historical Society
First series was published irregularly 1831-1887, with index volume in 1891. Beginning with 1890 the society maintained a "Quarterly," the parts for each year being provided with a t.p. and bound as "Collections and proceedings," 2d ser., v. 1-10. This form of publication was discontinued in 1899. The 3d series of "Collections," beginning in 1904, appears irregularly and in bound form only; while the "Proceedings" since November 1899 have appeared in annual pamphlet, separately
