Child Life and Sex Hygiene: A Remarkable Message

Child Life and Sex Hygiene: A Remarkable Message, written by Otterbein Oscar Smith in the early 20th century, is a pioneering educational work that addresses the sensitive topic of sex hygiene in relation to child development. The book explores the psychological and physiological aspects of sexuality in children and underscores the vital role of parents in educating their offspring. Its significance lies in its early advocacy for sexual ethics and parental responsibility in a time when such discussions were often taboo.
