William T. Ellis

“I’m tired, William. I’m tired of you. I’m tired of these parties. I’m tired.” “The tone of your voice could have fooled me,” he says, taking my arm roughly. “Just smile, okay? Just until we get past the photographers, then I don’t give a fuck what you do.” “You … are … awful,” I say. “You’re not much better,” he says, pulling me along.””

“Your career is important. But if you’re seeking love, that’s equally important, too. For so long, I thought I couldn’t have both at the same time. I was wrong about that. But the thing was, I didn’t want love until William came into my life. He changed everything I thought I knew, everything I thought I wanted. Now I can’t imagine life without that man to share it with, even if I know I will come in here tomorrow and find stupid rubber padding on the corners of this desk. But that’s the love I want and deserve. William cares about me. Pushes me. Wants the best for me. He’s my biggest champion, as I am his. And if you think you can find the type of love you’re looking for with Oliver, I think you’d be a fool not to take a chance on it.””
