Carl E. Guthe

Carl E. Guthe was an American anthropologist and archaeologist known for his significant contributions to the study of Native American cultures, particularly in the field of pottery. His work, "Pueblo Pottery Making: A Study at the Village of San Ildefonso," provided an in-depth examination of traditional pottery techniques and the cultural significance of pottery within the Pueblo communities of New Mexico.
