The Coral Island
Stranded on a seemingly idyllic South Pacific island after a shipwreck, three British cabin boys—Ralph, Jack, and Peterkin—must harness their wits and pluck to survive. What begins as an exhilarating adventure of coconut-gathering and hut-building soon escalates into a series of encounters with the island's more dangerous inhabitants, both human and animal. From navigating the perils of pirate raids to confronting the complexities of indigenous cultures, their journey tests their resourcefulness, courage, and the very ideals of Victorian boyhood, ultimately revealing a world far less pristine than their initial paradise suggested.
