Poems

''Poems'' is a collection by American poet Nora May French, published in 1910, featuring her emotive and lyrical verse. French, who lived from 1881 to 1907, explores themes of nature, love, and the human experience, often reflecting an introspective and melancholic tone. This collection, assembled posthumously by George Sterling and others, includes previously unpublished works and offers a significant contribution to California literature. It also features a biographical introduction and tributes from contemporaries, highlighting French's impact on early modern poetry despite her brief life and tragic end.
