Man of Means

Man of Means
A Man of Means is a collection of six short stories co-written by C. H. Bovill and P. G. Wodehouse, first published in 1914 in The Strand. The stories follow Roland Bleke, an unremarkable young man whose financial fortune comes from a series of fortunate events, including a sweepstake win. As he navigates love and marriage, his newfound wealth proves to be both a blessing and a curse. The writing showcases Wodehouse's signature humor and introduces Mr. Teal, an early version of the famous character Jeeves.
