Lilac Fairy Book

The 'Lilac Fairy Book' is part of Andrew Lang's twelve-volume series of 'Coloured' Fairy Books, published in 1910. This collection features a variety of fairy tales sourced from different cultures, many of which were translated into English for the first time. While Lang selected the stories, his wife and other translators contributed significantly to the retelling. The book includes illustrations by Henry J.
