Jimsy: The Christmas Kid
Written in the early 20th century by Leona Dalrymple, 'Jimsy: The Christmas Kid' tells the story of a young homeless boy named Jimsy who spends Christmas with the Sawyer family in a small New England village. His joyful spirit contrasts sharply with the family's lack of holiday cheer, particularly that of the stoic Abner Sawyer. As Jimsy's warmth and innocence challenge the family's traditions, he forges meaningful connections, ultimately transforming their understanding of Christmas and its true values of love and generosity.
