Winnie-the-Pooh is a children's book written by A. A. Milne and published in 1926, featuring illustrations by E. H. Shepard. The book is a collection of short stories centered around the adventures of an anthropomorphic teddy bear named Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends, including Christopher Robin, Piglet, Eeyore, and others. It is notable for being the first of two collections about Winnie-the-Pooh, followed by The House at Pooh Corner in 1928.
