The Moon Colony

The Moon Colony, written by William Dixon Bell and published in 1937, is a pioneering science fiction novel that explores the potential for terraforming the Moon and the use of solar power generators. The story follows Julian Epworth and his friend Billy Sand as they navigate aerial battles against pirates while uncovering a conspiracy linked to extraterrestrial activities. Notably, the book discusses advanced concepts such as liquid fuel rockets, making it one of the earliest works to address these themes in juvenile fiction.
