The Giant of Bern and Orm Ungerswayne: A Ballad is a narrative poem by George Borrow, first published in 1913. It follows the young hero Orm Ungerswayne as he confronts the giant Jutt of Bern, who demands tribute from the Danish people. Orm, inspired by his noble lineage, takes on the challenge to avenge his father's death and win the love of a princess, ultimately defeating the giant and claiming victory.
