Our Trip to Blunderland: Or, Grand Excursion to Blundertown and Back

Our Trip to Blunderland, written by J. H. A. Macdonald and first published in 1877, is a whimsical children's fantasy that follows three boys—Norval, Jaques, and Ranulf—who embark on a dreamlike adventure inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. The boys, longing for their own escapades, receive a magical pass from Alice and are whisked away to the absurd world of Blunderland, filled with quirky characters and humorous situations. This playful narrative serves as a parody of Carroll's work, showcasing the imaginative and surreal qualities characteristic of late 19th-century children's literature.
