Gulliverin matkat kaukaisilla mailla is a 20th-century Finnish translation by Samuli Suomalainen of Jonathan Swift's classic satirical work, originally published in 1726. This version includes only the first two parts of the full text, where the protagonist, Lemuel Gulliver, encounters the tiny inhabitants of Lilliput and later the giants of Brobdingnag. While often perceived as a children's tale due to adaptations, the book critiques politics, rulers, and human nature, making it a significant work in literary satire.
