Earthsmith

Earthsmith is a science fiction novel by Stephen Marlowe, written in the early 1950s. Set in a future where Earth is seen as a primitive planet, the story follows Smith, the first Earth representative at an interstellar space school. He faces contempt and curiosity from students of advanced civilizations while navigating cultural misunderstandings and his own identity.
