Centaurians, published in 1911 by L. D. Biagi, is a science fiction novella that explores the discovery of the North Pole and a civilization on the other side, which is six centuries more advanced than our own. Written just before the first verified discovery of the Pole, the book reflects the societal sentiments and motivations for exploration during that era.
