Out Around Rigel

Out Around Rigel is a science fiction novel by Robert H. Wilson, written in the early 20th century. The story follows two Lunarians, Garth and Dunal, as they embark on a perilous journey to Rigel aboard their spacecraft, the 'Comet'. Their expedition is marked by friendship, rivalry, and the consequences of ambition, culminating in a life-or-death duel on an alien planet. The narrative explores themes of time dilatation and the profound effects of their journey, which leaves Dunal grappling with loneliness and loss as centuries pass on their home world.
