O. Henry Encore
O. Henry Encore is a collection of 45 early stories, sketches, and poems by the renowned author O. Henry, whose real name was Will Porter. These works were published in the Houston Post between 1895 and 1896 and were discovered by Mary Sunlocks Harrell during her research in the 1930s. This collection showcases O. Henry's early literary style and creativity, produced just before his departure to Honduras following embezzlement charges in 1896.
