Multilingual Poetry Collection 017
The joy here is in the voices themselves. Each volunteer has chosen a poem dear to them, then shares it in the language it was born from. You hear the music of Portuguese, the weight of Russian, the lilt of Welsh. Some readers are seasoned performers; others stumble slightly, which only makes the listening more intimate. What binds these tracks together is love - love for language, for poetry, for the act of passing something forward. This isn't a polished production. It's a global chorus of people saying: here, listen to this. It matters to me. Let it matter to you too. Whether you understand every word or none, the rhythm and emotion translate.
