
In the quietude of rural Ireland, a young coachbuilder named Martin awakens from a mystical trance, his mind ablaze with visions of a celestial unicorn and a divine calling. His practical uncle urges him back to the gilded coach destined for Dublin Castle, a symbol of English authority. Yet, Martin's newfound spiritual fervor, coupled with a band of eclectic followers—including a fiery priest and a skeptical but loyal assistant—propels him towards a revolutionary path, challenging the mundane and the colonial alike with his fervent, if at times bewildering, quest for a sacred, independent Ireland.
