The story follows Young King Randy of Regalia and his friend Kabumpo, the Elegant Elephant, as they embark on a journey to visit Jinnicky the Red Jinn in the Land of Ev. Along the way, they encounter Planetty, a silver princess from another planet, and must confront the treacherous Gludwig to restore Jinnicky to power and bring peace to Ev.
