Puss in Boots, Jr., and the Good Gray Horse

The son of the legendary Puss in Boots inherits his father's daring spirit and a pair of magic boots, but what he really needs is a horse worthy of his adventures. Enter the Good Gray Horse, a steadfast companion whose humble appearance hides extraordinary heart. Together, this unlikely duo rides into Mother Goose country, a whimsical realm where Jack the Giant Killer naps under apple trees and mischievous fairies lurk behind every mushroom.Their journey begins with a sparkly prize: a diamond won from a grateful spider, soon traded to a dwarf for the promise of wings. But in this enchanted land, promises have a way of complicating themselves. Along the road, Puss Jr. must outwit tricksters, help friends in need, and search for the father he's never known. Each chapter brims with the gentle mischief and old-fashioned charm that made early 20th-century children's literature feel like stepping through a looking glass into wonder.
