Cornelli

Cornelli, the spirited only child of a wealthy widower, is used to getting her own way. But when her father departs for a summer business trip, leaving her in the care of his refined cousin and a friend, her world is turned upside down. Far from the elegant tutelage her father envisioned, Cornelli endures a series of bewildering injustices and stifling rules that test her resilience. Her fortunes begin to shift, however, with the arrival of a young boy recuperating in her idyllic Alpine village, offering a glimmer of connection in her isolated world.
