Capture of Fort William and Mary
The Capture of Fort William and Mary, written by Charles Lathrop Parsons, recounts the events of December 14, 1774, when local Patriots in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, led by John Langdon, stormed the fort and seized its gunpowder.
