Wishes
Wishes is a poem by Irish poet Dora Sigerson Shorter, published in her collection 'The Fairy Changeling and Other Poems.' After her marriage in 1895, Shorter wrote under her married name, contributing to the literary scene of her time. This poem reflects themes of longing and desire, showcasing her lyrical style and emotional depth. The poem was recorded by LibriVox volunteers as part of their Weekly Poetry project in June 2019.
