[Collection of official documents produced by or relating to the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and the Switchmen's Union of North America

Collection includes convention proceedings, directories, reports, etc. of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers, along with official documents such as constitution, by-laws, and regulations of the Switchmen's Union of North America, and union agreements between various American Railways companies and the Switchmen's Union of North America. Also includes 30 issues of the Locomotive firemen's magazine, 1903-1963, along with the 5th ed. of the Locomotive dictionary and encyclopedia (New York, 1919) and Railway economics (Univ. of Chicago Press, 1912).
