The Wyoming Military Establishment, written by Charles Tubbs and delivered as an address in 1901, provides a detailed historical account of the Twenty-fourth Regiment of Connecticut militia during the American Revolutionary War. The book focuses on the regiment's formation, activities, and significant events, particularly in the context of the Wyoming Valley region. This work is notable for its exploration of the challenges faced by settlers in this area, which had connections to Connecticut. Originally published before 1903, it has been restored to preserve its original content and context.
