The Truth About Socialism

The Truth About Socialism, written by Allan L. Benson and first published in 1913, is a political manifesto advocating for socialism as a solution to the inequalities of capitalism. Benson argues for public ownership of production and critiques the exploitation of the working class by wealthy capitalists, emphasizing the need for collective action to achieve economic justice. He addresses issues such as poverty and labor rights, urging a unified movement towards a more equitable society where resources are shared among all citizens rather than concentrated in the hands of a privileged few.
