The Messiah in Moses and the Prophets

The Messiah in Moses and the Prophets, published in 1853 by Eleazar Lord, is a religious treatise that examines the connections between Old Testament prophecies and the figure of Jesus Christ in the New Testament. Lord argues that manifestations of God in the Old Testament serve as typological prefigurations of Christ's nature and role as the Savior. The work analyzes biblical passages and encounters with key figures like Abraham and Moses, asserting that these moments reveal the essence of the Messiah throughout the scriptures.
