The Christian Mythology

The Christian Mythology, written by E. B. Leatherbee and first published in 1915, critically examines the origins and transformations of Christian beliefs and traditions. Leatherbee argues that many foundational Christian concepts, such as the virgin birth and resurrection of Jesus, have parallels in earlier pagan religions and mythologies. This work challenges readers to reevaluate accepted narratives of Christian theology by tracing the evolution of these beliefs and their absorption of surrounding pagan practices over time.
