The Bible, King James Version, Book 64: 3 John

3 John is a brief epistle from the New Testament, attributed to 'the elder,' addressing early Christian communities. Written in the first century, it commends Gaius for his faithfulness and hospitality while criticizing Diotrephes for his unwelcoming behavior and desire for dominance. The letter emphasizes themes of truth, leadership, and the importance of supporting those who spread the Christian message, concluding with a call for personal greetings among friends.
