Strong Souls: A Sermon

''Strong Souls: A Sermon'' is a late 19th-century work by Charles Beard, delivered at Renshaw Street Chapel in Liverpool. The sermon reflects on life's inherent inequalities and emphasizes the importance of strong moral values, human connection, and spiritual growth. Beard argues that true happiness stems from selfless service and engagement with others, urging particularly the youth to pursue lives enriched by ethical principles and a commitment to serving both God and humanity.
