Short Poetry Collection 237

Thirty-four voices, thirty-four interpretations. This February 2023 LibriVox collection gathers volunteer readers who bring their own rhythms, pauses, and emotional weights to a diverse selection of poems. The result is something a printed anthology cannot offer: the living sound of poetry as performance, each reader discovering something personal in verses that might be centuries old or relatively fresh. There's an intimacy here, the closeness of someone reading aloud just for you, imperfections and all. The variety of voices itself becomes a kind of curation, moving from quiet contemplation to passionate declaration, from the familiar to the discovery waiting on every track.
