Short Poetry Collection 193
Forty-five voices, forty-five moments of attention. This collection gathers poems read by LibriVox volunteers, each one a small act of generosity: the reader stepping into another person's words and making them heard. The range is the pleasure here, from spare lyric moments to more expansive work, from writers whose names we recognize to others waiting to be discovered. Some poems whisper. Others lean close. A few raise their voices. What binds them is something simple and hard-won: the belief that someone, somewhere, needs to hear exactly these words, in exactly this order. Poetry doesn't demand your time. It asks for something stranger and more specific. This collection offers forty-five chances to say yes.
