Scarecrow of Oz (version 2)
The Scarecrow of Oz, published on July 16, 1915, is the ninth book in L. Frank Baum's Oz series. It follows the adventures of Cap'n Bill and Trot as they travel to Oz, where they team up with the Scarecrow to defeat the tyrannical King Krewl of Jinxland. This installment is notable for being Baum's personal favorite among his Oz works.
