Murder at Bridge
In the genteel town of Hamilton, murder has come to the card table. When a guest collapses dead during an otherwise ordinary bridge party, the guests share an unsettling joke: they've always feared being the dummy, the player without a partner, left vulnerable. Now someone has turned that fear into grim reality. Special Investigator Bonnie Dundee arrives to reconstruct the fatal evening, demanding the survivors reenact the 'death hand', the final deal of cards in the victim's grip. What she uncovers is a web of small-town rivalries, unspoken resentments, and secrets buried beneath layers of polite conversation. The bridge game becomes a crucible, and every player had reason to want the victim silent. Dundee must unravel which hand held the killer's intention before the trail goes cold.
