Märchen 1
Published in the early 19th century, 'Märchen 1' is a collection of traditional tales compiled by brothers Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. This volume includes well-known stories such as 'Rapunzel,' 'Hansel and Gretel,' 'Rumpelstiltskin,' and 'Little Red Riding Hood.' Unlike later edited versions, these tales reflect the original, often darker narratives that were primarily passed down orally. The Grimms' work has had a profound influence on folklore and fairy tale literature worldwide.
