King Arthur in Cornwall

King Arthur in Cornwall, published in 1900 by W. Howship Dickinson, is a historical examination of the legendary figure of King Arthur, focusing on his connections to Cornwall. Dickinson seeks to distinguish between historical facts and the myths surrounding Arthur, arguing for the existence of a real individual behind the legend. The book discusses various locations in Cornwall, such as Tintagel, linked to Arthur's life and legacy, while reflecting on the evolution of the Arthurian narrative through oral tradition and historical evidence.
