Anthem (Version 5)
Anthem is a dystopian novella by Ayn Rand, written in 1937 and first published in 1938. Set in a future where individuality is suppressed and society has regressed into a Dark Age, the story follows Equality 7-2521, a young man who secretly conducts scientific research.
