Above the French Lines
Above the French Lines is a collection of letters by Stuart Walcott, written during his training as an aviator in France in preparation for combat in World War I. The letters provide a personal glimpse into his experiences and thoughts before he tragically died in his first aerial combat after successfully downing a German bi-plane.
