High school student Ichigo is accidentally injected with the DNA of a Iriomote wildcat, transforming her into Mew Mew, a super-powered catgirl with enhanced agility. She must lead four other girls, who have each been fused with a different endangered animal, to protect Earth from an alien biological threat called Deep Blue.
