Justine McKeen, eat your beets

Justine finds a stray cat and her kittens living off food in the school dumpster. She comes up with a plan that will both reduce the amount of wasted food from the cafeteria and help animals in need, if only she can convince grumpy Mr. Raymond, the cafeteria manager.
