CASTLE IN THE TREES

Castle in the Trees - the very name of it filled Stephanie with excited anticipation. The reality - the fairytale castle home in Portugal of the aristocratic Maroc family - was even more fascinating than she had imagined. It was mysterious, fabulous, and she, as junior Interior Decorator in her father's firm, had the enviable job of making it even lovelier, a job which puts her in the milieu of a proud, hot-tempered family and a strange, unaccustomed life in a county of savage beauty. However, she also get embroiled in Carlos and his younger brother Miguel's fight to restore a bunch of stolen jewels back to their rightful owners !! Seems Carlos & Miguel's dad was obsessed with collecting jewelry, even to buying stolen pieces and has passed on this obsession with building a fabulous jewel collection on to his younger son, Miguel, who is also happy to purchase stolen jewelry!!! Carlos, the older, 'good' son, is doing his best to stop this practice and give the stolen jewels back to their owners. Much confusion ensues, with Stephanie not knowing who to trust - but love wins out in the end !
