TerraViva!

Combines ISciences Global Data Viewer software with the World resources database to generate dynamic maps, data tables, graphs, and charts that compare countries based on any of the variables of the World resources database. Also allows for export of data into spreadsheets for custom manipulation. The database provides detailed statistics on conditions and trends in the natural and human environments. Data are reported as time series. Statistics may be reported for some variables as far back as 1950 and may be projected as far forward as 2050. A subset of the files in the database first appeared in print form in World resources, 2000-2001. Also includes the CIA world factbook database. ISciences and World Resources Institute offer data updates and program upgrades at the TerraViva! web site.
