"Public Policy and Higher Education is the first volume in the Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE) Reader Series to provide readings explicitly focused on the relationship between the federal and state governments and the colleges and universities in the United States. This edited work assists faculty and graduate learners with an in-depth overview of this crucial topic for the 130 higher education programs specifically and other graduate degree programs particularly in political science and public administration.
